Carmel Software Releases New "HVAC Toolkit" Application for the iPhone/iPod touch

San Rafael, CA, February 16, 2010 � Carmel Software is pleased to announce that it has released the "HVAC Toolkit" software application for the Apple iPhone and iPod touch. This application is a compilation of all of the iPhone software applications offered by Carmel including:

HVAC Duct Sizer: Allows the user to perform quick and simple duct sizing analysis.
HVAC Psychrometric Plus: Allows the user to easily perform single-state and mixed-air HVAC psychrometric calculations for a wide range of barometric air pressures.
Steam Tables: Allows the user to calculate the properties of saturated or superheated steam by specifying 2 input properties.
HVAC Pipe Sizer - Liquid: Allows the user to size a pipe run for many different types of liquids (or fluids), pipe material and fitting types.
HVAC Pipe Sizer - Steam: Allows the user to size a steam pipe run, and it also includes a bonus steam table calculator.
HVAC Pipe Sizer - Gas Low: Allows the user to quickly size a simple low (less than or equal to 1.5 psi) pressure gas piping system by inputting a number of piping and gas properties.
HVAC Pipe Sizer - Gas High: Allows the user to quickly size a simple high (greater than 1.5 psi) pressure gas piping system by inputting a number of piping and gas properties.
